• Find new investment opportunities to expand the Group's business activities in Vietnam and Southeast Asia markets (Thailand, Indonesia, Laos). • Work with related departments, developers, and local authorities on land acquisition procedures, agreements, and licenses, to acquire the assets and develop new projects. • Prepare Investment Project Reports, Feasibility Studies, Market Research and Analysis, and Financial Models on the existing and new projects for the Board of Management’s decision-making. • Facilitate all required administration and legal works to support the implementation of business investments/projects. • Plan, prepare, and participate in the implementation of the projects in Vietnam and carry out project management works with stakeholders. • Participate in bid evaluation and works related to the bidding package as an Investor. Notable projects: Singapore Vietnam International School in Nha Trang (Phase 2), OBV Dormitory in Quy Nhon, Dhawa Resort in Quy Nhon, Renovation of the OBV campus in Ha Long, Singapore International School in Dong Nai, Singapore International School in Binh Duong (Phase 2), and Singapore International School in Hai Phong.
